
Krush Orange Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
450G Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 tsp thyme
1 ½ tsp paprika
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp flour
¼ cup Krush orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
orange segments, spring onion for garnish
METHOD:
In a bowl mix flour, paprika and half the thyme.
Dredge your chicken in the flour mix and then fry in a medium to hot pan.
To the same pan, add the remaining thyme then fill with the orange juice and cook for 10 minutes.
Garnish with charred orange segments and spring onion.
Serve hot with sticky rice and wash down with a glass of Krush juice.
